Refunds and Cancellation

• In order to cancel the order, customers need to send a copy of the Sales Order(Generated/Provided by infinitecart.in) to info@infinitecart.in.
• Also with the Sales Order number, customers need to call our support number +91 89219 87429 to initiate the Cancellation process.
• We are expecting a Cancellation request within 12 hours after placing the order via infinitecart.in, else will be not considered for cancellation and return policy.
• There will be 5-10% from the order total amount will be charged for respective cancellation.
• Additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer in advance in order to revert the items from the same delivery address.
• If need to cancel the because of excess order or an incorrect order, as mentioned above customer need to send a copy of Sales Order (Generated/Provided by infinitecart.in) to info@infinitecart.in.

• Customers need to return the items in the same condition with actual packing, Invoice/Bill, Warranty Card, Included additional accessories with the product (if any), Manual, etc..
• All the items sold by infinitecart.in are genuine products from the respective brand, so warranty/guarantee is applied to the product as per the maker instruction.
• Customers can reach the maker directly as per the contact details provided with the item.
